Mindfulness Course (MLP) in Telluride, Colorado

May 16-18, 2014 – A Weekend of Mindfulness

Buddhism 101 005We are very pleased to have the opportunity to return to Telluride and offer the full 16 hour Mindful Life Program (MLP). The program is hosted by Telluride Yoga and will be facilitated by John (Chophel) Bruna, co-founder of the Mindful Life Program.

The MLP course provides practical, accessible, and universal skills that empower you to engage in your life with attention and intention. Mindfulness is not simply learning to be present in the moment, it is the ability to to be present with clarity and discernment – to be able to experience life (events, people, thoughts and emotions) consciously and respond with wisdom.

*Continuing education units (CEUs) may be available for teachers.

Dates: Friday, May 16th – 7 pm to 9 pm, Saturday and Sunday, May 17th and 18th – 9 am to 5 pm.
